Both Sordo and P Solberg set fastest time in the Cyprus shakedown prior to the famous predominantly gravel rally event. Sordo lead a mere 0.3 second over the 3 years older Xsara Citroen of Petter. The next day on the first leg Seb quickly accumulated close to one minute lead over Mikko. Another Seb's perfect drive.
Day two overall position are depicted above shows 3 Citroen and two Fords, it's unclear what happened to J Matlava. We'll have to wait until further progress. Source; European sport news.
Will Ford catch up Citroen? Let me know if you think Ford could!
-------In fact this morning local time, we at LeisureDrive received confirmation of Seb's 50th rally event win. A ten points for him widening his overall WRC's scores to Ford arch rival Mikko Hirvonen. Nobody has made such record feat! Seb might seem to cruise or drive leisurely in securing his sixth championship this year, an achievement that matches the legendary of Michael Schoemaker's.
What makes Citroen's win seem so convincing amidst equal yet as powerful Ford. Both entries score evenly on engine specs. If you eager to find out read my other relevant articles:
