Front Lip Spoiler

Aside of its functional purpose Front Lip Spoiler does enhance aesthetic look, rendering such installment as one of the Tips For Easy Modifications. Here is a portion from the saga of Resurrection Project on my 1988 BMW e28.

Years of hard abused driving and bashing into high curb (high containment kerbs) has dully damaged its OEM Front Air Dam. After Market replacement is the obvious choice. It is derived from typical M5 original FRP Front Lip Spoiler (M Aerokit).

The pictures depict right at electrical job overhaul nearly in its completion. A hiccup later the car electrical works flawlessly, we miss one grounding point leaving a hard start problem. That hiccup though takes about a month to sort out, a car project does demand great deal of patience. Dedication and not to mention meticulous work.....

It ends with huge effort and "a little" $ to spend, but have look at the fitment of Front Lip Spoiler. It pays off greatly! The front end does mimic the real M5 look, where as actually it is a humble 520 model. Elsewhere it states our priority over durability and simple daily maintenance, and it suites well to our bumper to bumper traffic congestion.

Not that I will likely be daily driving this EuroRetro e28 though, not in the near future anyway...
